Stripe uses ACH payments to fund your virtual credit cards. Banks and bank account holders can automatically or manually flag charges that appear repetitive or mysterious to prevent fraud. There are two steps we take to prevent legitimate VendorPay charges from being identified as fraudulent:
Whitelist Stripe's ACH company IDs
It is best if these numbers are proactively entered onto a bank whitelist or if the bank is informed that charges from these ACH IDs are desirable and legitimate.

Max Withdrawal Limits
Some bank accounts have triggers set up to automatically reject large withdrawals above a certain threshold. Please check that the bank account does not have a limit below what you will authorize on a VCC.

It is important that anyone with access to property bank accounts is familiar with how VendorPay charges will appear in statements so they do not flag them as fraudulent. Here are two examples of charges in client bank accounts:
