Accounting Software Ownership
The accounting software must be owned or fully controlled by the client setting up VendorPay as there are many owner and admin level controls that must be used while establishing the API connection to WorkSpace. -
WorkSpace Accounts Payable Subscription
VendorPay is a part of the WorkSpace Accounts Payable software solution. In order to use VendorPay, you must use WorkSpace Accounts Payable.
Soft Requirements

Bank Account Control
During the setup of VendorPay, there will be microdeposit verification. There may also be additional steps if you have security features like "Positive Pay" set up on your bank account. This means that in order to set up VendorPay, you must have control over the connected bank account.
