Adding an Attachment to an Incident Report

This article will teach you how to add an attachment to an incident report.

  1. From the Property & Facility menu, click Incidents.
  2. From the Incidents page, click the ID of the applicable incident report.
  3. From the Incident Details page, click the Attachments tab.
  4. Click the Add Document icon (looks like a + sign), then click Choose File
  5. Navigate to the desired file on your computer, andclick Open to attach the file.
  6. Click the Save Attachment button.
  7. The file has been attached to the incident report and is now visible under the Attachments tab of the Incidents page.
