This article will teach you how to cancel an existing incident report.
- From the Property & Facility menu, click Incidents.
- From the Incidents page, click the ID of the applicable incident report.
- From the Incident Details page, click the Cancel button.
- Once the Cancel Incident window has opened, click the Cancel Incident button.
- The incident report has now been cancelled.
- Note: Once an incident has been cancelled it is not visible under the Open or Closed tab of the Incidents page.
