Tenant Express: Adding an Attachment to a Service Request

This article will teach you how to add an attachment to a service request within the Tenant Express App.

  1. From the Tenant Express menu, click Service Requests.
  2. From the Service Requests page, click the applicable service request.
  3. From the Service Request: [WO #] page, click the Attachments tab.
  4. Click the Browse button, navigate to the applicable file on your computer, and then click Open.
  5. The filename will be listed between the Browse button and Add new file >>.
  6. Click within the textbox next to Add new file >> and type in a description for this attachment.
  7. Click the Upload button to attach the file to the service request.
  8. The file has now been attached to the service request.
