Tenant Express: Adding a Comment to a Service Request

This article will teach you how to add a comment to a service request within the Tenant Express App.

  1. From the Tenant Express menu, click Service Requests.
  2. From the Service Requests page, click the WO# of the applicable service request.
  3. From the Service Request: [WO#] page, click the Details tab and navigate to the Workflow section.
  4. Enter your desired comment within the Comments textbox.
  5. Click the Save button.
  6. Your comment has been added to the service request and is now displayed within the Last Comments field of the Details tab on the Service Request: [WO#] page.
