This article will teach you how to insert an image within the body of a broadcast email message. WorkSpace does not provide image hosting, so you will need to upload your image to an external hosting site (i.e., Dropbox) in order to utilize it.

1. From the Property & Facility menu, click Broadcasts.
2. From the Broadcasts page, click the New Broadcast button.
3. From the Broadcasts: Send New page, navigate to the Email Message section and click the Insert/edit image button in the toolbar.
   • Note: Make sure the Delivery Method field is set to either Email or Both Email & Text Message. If delivering via both methods, you can send images only via email, not text.
4. Once the Insert/edit image window opens, copy and paste the direct URL to the image from the external hosting site into the Source field (i.e., www.dropbox.com/image/image.png).
   • Note: The Dimensions should auto-populate after you enter the Source.
5. Click the Ok button.
6. The image is now inserted into the Email Message of the broadcast.
