Report: Service Requests Average Response Time

This article will teach you how to generate a report detailing the average time in which assigned staff users respond to Service Request work orders.

The Average Response Time report provides the total and average business hours and minutes taken to respond to Service Requests within the date range specified. Response time is the difference between the time of submission and the time of the first reponse to the work order. A Service Request is considered to be responded to when its status has been updated from New or Dispatched to one of the following: Accepted, In Progress, On Hold, Pending Approval, Approved, Completed, or Cancelled.

  1. From the Property & Facility menu, click Reports.
  2. From the Property & Facility Reports page, navigate to the Service Requests section and click Average Response Time.
  3. Once the Report: SR Average Response Time window has opened, complete the form presented:
Field Explanation
Property Select the applicable properties.
Building Select the applicable building.
Tenant Select the applicable tenant(s).
Request Type Select the applicable Service Request work category.
Resource Select the applicable staff user.
Period Select or enter (MM/DD/YYYY) the applicable start and end dates.
Group by Select how you want the data in the report to be grouped.
  1. Click either the Export to PDFExport to Excel, or View Report button.
  2. Depending on the format selected, the report will either open up in a new browser tab (PDF or View), or you will be prompted to save the report to your device (Excel).
