Report: Service Requests Average Completion Time

This article will teach you how to generate a report detailing the average time in which Service Request work orders are completed.

The Average Completion Time report provides the total and average hours and minutes taken to complete Service Requests within the date range specified. Completion time is based upon the information entered on the Labor tab of each work order (See the article Adding Labor to a Service Request for more information).

  1. From the Property & Facility menu, click Reports.
  2. From the Property & Facility Reports page, navigate to the Service Requests section and click Average Completion Time.
  3. Once the Report: SR Average Completion Time window has opened, complete the form presented:
Field Explanation
Property Select the applicable properties.
Building Select the applicable building.
Tenant Select the applicable tenant(s).
Request Type Select the applicable Service Request work category.
Resource Select the applicable staff user.
Period Select or enter (MM/DD/YYYY) the applicable start and end dates.
Group by Select how you want the data in the report to be grouped.
Format Select the format of the report, either PDF or Excel.
  1. Click the Generate Report button.
  2. Depending on the format selected, the report will either open up in a new browser tab (PDF), or you will be prompted to save the report to your device (Excel).
