This article will teach you how to generate a report of the user details of vendors who have signed up for InNetwork .
The InNetwork User Details report provides a breakdown of all the user and company details of signed up InNetwork users. This report can be used to update records in your accounting system by using InNetwork vendor entered data as the single source truth.
- From the Accounting menu, click Reports.
- From the Accounting Reports page, navigate to the VendorPay section and click InNetwork User Details.
- Once the Report: InNetwork User Details window has opened, complete the form presented:

| Accounting System | Select the applicable Accounting System. |
| Company | Select the applicable list of companies. |
- Click the Generate Report button.
- Depending on the format selected, the report will either open up in a new browser tab (PDF), or you will be prompted to save the report to your device (Excel).
The columns presented will be as follows:

| Vendor Code | The vendor code stored in WorkSpace associated with the InNetwork user. |
| Vendor Name | The vendor name stored in WorkSpace associated with the InNetwork user. |
| Remittance Email | The remittance email used for VendorPay with the InNetwork user. |
| Vendor Name (InNetwork) | The company name as entered by the InNetwork user. |
| Vendor FEIN (InNetwork) | The company FEIN as entered by the InNetwork user. |
| Vendor Industry (InNetwork) | The company industry as selected by the InNetwork user. |
| Vendor Address Type (InNetwork) | The company address as entered by the InNetwork user. |
| Vendor Street (InNetwork) | The company street address as entered by the InNetwork user. |
| Vendor City (InNetwork) | The company city as entered by the InNetwork user. |
| Vendor State (InNetwork) | The company state as entered by the InNetwork user. |
| Vendor Zip Code (InNetwork) | The company zip code entered by the InNetwork user. |
| InNetwork User Name | The InNetwork user's first and last name. |
| InNetwork User Email | The InNetwork user's email address. |
