This article will teach tenant users with Contact Editor access how to disable a tenant user within the Tenant Express App.
- From the Tenant Express menu, click Contacts.
- From the Contacts page, click the name of the user that you desire to disable.
- Once the Update Tenant Contact window has opened, navigate to the Primary Information section and select Inactive from the Status drop-down menu.
- Ensure that any Feature Access and Contact Attributes selections are removed.
- Click the Save button.
- The tenant user account has now been disabled and removed from the Contacts page.
