This article will teach you how to activate and disable Shared Resources.

1. From the Property and Facility app, navigate to the Settings page. 
2. From the Settings page, click on Resource Editor.
3. Select the property containing the shared resource you would like to edit from the dropdown in the top right corner of the the screen.
4. Click on the shared resource you would like to activate or disable.
5. Once you have selected your shared resource, click on the Actions dropdown and select "Activate" or "Disable."
6. Depending on the option you have selected, you will be met with one of the following pop-up windows:
7. Click "Activate/Disable Resource."

Your shared resource has now been activated/disabled.
